Don’t trust these crooks.
On month 7 the made my computer useless
I requested a refund for the unused portions that I had to pay for up front.
The told me tough shit you only can get a refund before 6 moths.

No offer was made to repair or help fix my computer at their expense. I had to pay out $100+ to undo the damage that they caused.
Why should I call them again, so they will tell me tough shit again?
They have ripped me off for 2 1/2 years of support that they REFUSE to refund.
They maimed my computer during their monthly maintenance. I would have to be REALLY STUPID to allow them to touch my computer ever again.

Finn fixed the Most Aggravating 4 things in a Very Short Period of Time & I really appreciated his Kind & Expert help, I am Deaf & 76 yrs old so my short term memory is darn near non-existent, Plus I have to ask people to repeat themselves so much I'm sure it's irritating. I haven't given everything a test drive yet, but the technicians have been polite and helpful. They have been patient while fixing issues that I had reported about my computer, even though I delayed the process for a few days. When that was finished they completed my initial maintenance in about a half hour. Thanks!
