Name is Don Stevens and this the Best Software support in the industry. My representative Gordon, he was excellent. He guided me through from Start to Finish, check my computer for Malware, organized every thing on computer to reach technical support if I need it.

"GOTYOURBACK, NOT!"

I down loaded the Drive Updater + Advanced Pro Module-1 year, because my laptop could not find my printer. When I paid for the program for a year on the search engine, it downloaded, and I was able to print. Then it stated on the paperwork that I needed to activate the product. I called the number that was given to me and spoke to Danny, who said that what I needed was a technician to remotely go into my computer and he transfers me to Oscar. Oscar was confused why I needed a tech for. I explained that I just purchased the Driver updater and my printer was now printing fine and that my computer was new. He explained that the Drivers and updaters were a software and it do not need to be activated. He wanted to check my system and asked me would that be ok, I responded, "Yes, as long as you do not charge me". He said that it would be a reasonable amount, and I said NO Thank You and he circled the - sign with an arrow. As if to say, then we have nothing else to talk about, and the conversation went still. I asked him was we done here? And he replied, Yes. I typed, I hope I did not hurt your feelings, and he replied, have a good day and be safe. I typed you as well.
My opinion is that this call was not to activate the software that I downloaded onto my computer, but to get more money out of me. I paid $59.34 for the software that included 5 devices that I did not need, that sent the price up about $10 +dollar more than I expected to spend, but no big deal because I needed the updated drivers in order to use my printer. If you are going to be Support and your Slogan is, "GotYourBack Support", then mean that. Stop Nickeling and dimming your customers. Help them out if you can Please.

"I had problems with my new I-phone not syncing!"

I had problems with my new I-phone not syncing correctly to my I cloud since last summer. I didn't realize that my services included my phone untill last week. The teck, Bruce, did a great job fixing that for me. I am very pleased with his service.

"Computer works a lot better faster than…"

Computer works a lot better faster than before but still have a problem with sleep mode. Other than that good job. Computer is windows 10 and there is no upgrade to windows 11. Microsoft will end support for windows 10 in October 2025 specifically October 14 meaning no more free software updates, technical assistance, or security updates and that is important. So GYB Support is good to have.

I signed up with GotYourBack Support for my computer. I received a full scan of my computer. The Techs that performed the scan, repairs necessary to get my computer running at the peak of its performance. I'm looking forward to using my computer and checking the adjustments that the tech people made to my cleaner, and well-adjusted computer.
