"Bunch of crooks"
Placed an order with these scammers and they took my money. After the 2-5 day delivery window had passed, I decided to contact them. You cannot phone them as they do not accept calls. I used the online contact tab twice on their website and still no response. Feeling that I had been scammed I contacted my credit card company who got my money back. Shortly after this AYP decided to contact me apologising, do I believe them NO!!!

I placed an order 10 weeks ago and each time I try contacting the company I am told they have a delivery problem. They now give no phone number on their website and are not replying to messages. I am trying to get a refund.

" Poor Service"
I ordered items from AYP, over four weeks ago, which have not been delivered. I emailed them several times for a refund and to date have had no reply. I am now in the process of getting in touch with my card provider for them to refund my money.

This is follow up to my previous poor review…the order was placed on the 19th Feb.
I have emailed numerous times, the last being Friday 22nd March, content as follows:

I have yet to receive a reply; below is the last communication from them:

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Do not use this company.
Ordered medication and waited 2 weeks before contacting customer service (company advised 3 to 5 day delivery).
Customer services told me there was a problem at their end and my order would be sent.
A week later and still no delivery.
Got the same message from customer services - mistake at their end and will be sent.
Cancelled order and awaiting refund.

I ordered on 14th march and still haven't got my item. Taken the money but my order status still says processing.
Ive completed a contact form twice with no reply and started a live chat and get an auto message saying someone will be with me and then noone is online?!?! Terrible service. I would like a refund!
