Below edited to update: I have still not received my money. Miphai contacted me following this review, and offered me store credit. I will not accept this as I am entitled to a refund, and have an email from Miphai confirming this. I have contacted them many times since this, with my order details, and I have been ignored. I am extremely disappointed. I will edit this review again when I receive the €240 refund I am entitled to.

ordered a dress from Miphai for €240. It was absolutely beautiful & excellent quality, but didn't fit. I tried to return, and after navigating the Spanish website ( which is full of helpful English on purchase ), I finally managed to process my return. I received confirmation that Miphai had received the returned dress, but almost a month later, I have still not received my money . I have contacted the company many times throughout the process, and have received no reply .

Envío rapidísimo, paquete muy bien embalado. El vestido me quedaba grande, muy bonito, pero no había una talla más pequeña así que tuve que devolverlo, lo hice a través de la tienda de Sevilla, no hubo ningún problema y me devolvieron el dinero a la tarjeta en pocos días
