Great service thankyou. I have piled up clothes over the years which I haven't even worn or don't even need. Rather than throwing them away I decided why not give to the needy or to the people who will benifit from it do atleast I can feel good knowing I've given it away for a good cause. The collection was good and quick. They phoned me beforehand to confirm. Thanks alot

"Collector was a little rude"

A little disappointed in my experience, I let the team know beforehand that I had 8 bags and also that I was on a first floor flat. The team was brilliant in contacting me and checking everything ahead of time.
The driver that arrived seemed really annoyed when I told them this (evidently they weren't informed before) and was grumpy and standoffish which was quite awkward and uncomfortable.
I ended up carrying everything down myself because I felt so bad.
I've had better experiences with other collectors so will just use them next time.

I would definitely recommend this service. Had excellent email communication prior to the collection. Plenty of notice and set time for the home collection as well. Quick and efficient.
It feels so good to be able to donate to a very worthy cause, knowing the donated items will help others.

I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

I was very pleased and thankful for my experience with the team.
I had some stuff to give them and emailed to make arrangements for it to be collected from property. This they did with no problem, so well done everyone!

Very good service. Phone call to confirm booking. Very pleasant person on the phone. I was asked if it was convenient to place bags outside by 6 a.m. in the alloted location. The bags were collected at 6.05 a.m. The person who collected them was very quiet and also closed the front gate - which a lot of delivery people do not do. Overall, it was a great service, and I would use them again.

Would definitely recommend this company & also use them again. They were quick and efficient and collected my clothes from my porch at the time they said they would. Couldn’t recommend them more :-)
