I was so glad I came across this collection service. We had a huge collection of my son’s clothes that he had outgrown over the years. They were hardly worn and in really good condition and I wanted to donate to a noble cause where this can be used. It was a very satisfying experience to know that the clothes were going to a great cause. Collection was arranged very soon and communication was great as to when to expect the driver. The clothes were left outside and the driver loaded them into his van. Thank you for such an amazing experience as for most people it’s easier to bin clothing. Thanks again.

Collector not friendly when I said hello.

Keeping it real, would have put the clothes out at 9.00am but told they would be coming from 6.00am saturday morning.

I had a bag posted through the door saying donate clothes. Collection day is Tuesday 8-3pm , leave outside in view of the road .. it’s been nearly 2 weeks and they’re still there . When I go on the site and put my postcode in it says don’t collect in this area !!! What’s that all about
