Absolutely disgusting (lack of) service! 2 failed collections resulting in a call whereby I was told guys in my area could pick up that day. 3rd failed collection resulting in another call, left a message, no call back. 4th call got the uncaring, dismissive Liz who I expressed my concerns that the paid drivers (those that take a cut of this charity money) are not being honest with their collections! She suggested I bring the large bags (several of them) into my house & wait till a driver becomes available! (After 3 already missed collections over a period of several weeks) I told her I wasn’t willing to do that, she dismissed me, I told her I was going to social media to express my frustration with this, she said fine & put the phone down!
I think this company is a scam & that a very little % of the profit from our donations actually go to the charity we are trying to support!
Will bring them in, wash & donate to a local charity that will appreciate the donations!

No doubt at some point I’ll receive some generic or even worse a false or accusatory reply, dismissing this experience once again! Don’t bother!

What a fantastic service. Went on google for someone to pick up bags of clothes for charity from the house. Children’s hospital charity were brill. Collected same week , gave me a date and time and the job was done . Thankyou so much .

On the date of collection I received a call from the driver with his estimated arrival.

"2 failed collection "

I wish I could have left a positive review for company.
The first collect took place even tho there was no call or notification from the driver letting us know what time they were coming but since we are home that Saturday it was ok.
I had another 2 more bags that need collecting which was booked for the 31/08 confirmed with Liz I waited in all day and no1 tuned up to collect the bags not a call email to let me that the collection as not doing to take place again I reached out, this time to Charlie and collect was again re-arrange for 14/09 and ones again no driver showed up not a courtesy call,text or email from anybody another wasted Saturday which I could have taken my son out but waited in instead.
I won’t waste another Saturday I will just take this two bag of clothes to my local charity shop instead .
it seems this company have no more need to clothes to help such charity they are proudly advertising on there website

I am more than happy with the collection. Everything was taken, they even rang me to say they could collect my items two days earlier than my booked appointment. I will definately use Collection4clothes charity collection again. Thank you.
