I had 15 bags of my late wife's clothes that I wanted to go to Alzheimer's Research.
Although outside their usual collection area Liz and Charlie arranged for that to happen.
At all times they were very understanding, sympathetic and helpful.

I have tried to arrange pick ups twice in the last two weeks but have not received any confirmation emails or text messages.
I have tried your phone numbers and social media pages to contact you re pick up but I have not received a response.

arranged collection of 4 large bin bags of clothes for Tuesday, driver never came,rearranged for Wednesday., driver never came supposedly broke down ,arranged for Thursday again never turned up ......

Really friendly, useful service. I was really delighted to have a charity collection straight from my flat, as we don't get bags through the door, and was able to organise on my own terms and choose a charity to donate to. They were super helpful, and kept me in the loop the entire time. Fabulous service, will definitely be calling on them next time we have a clearout!
