"Really easy process"

Really easy process. I put an enquiry in, had an email back within a few hours for collection on the weekend. Lovely gent turned up and took the clothes away, that was it! Made life so much easier and I really liked being able to pick the charity I support. Makes clothes sort outs much easier.

This is an excellent service and really takes the hassle out of donating clothes you don’t even have to be in when they collect so long as you leave items accessible and they call before they arrive if you’ve got the items in a locked porch ! A real time saver for a working mom !!

Very Good clothes collection company
I had initially filled a form to request collection as I had a few large bags of clothes but didn’t want to go to such efforts to take to charity etc, hence why I contacted them. I was called the very next day to confirm collection, collection was booked for Saturday and i was called friday afternoon to confirm collection for Saturday if its a suitable time. On the day i was called by the delivery driver saying he’s 20 mins away which was great. I was kept up to date with communication. All bags were collected. I will definitely use this company for clothes collection again in the near future.

"From no response to successful pickup"

I hadn't been thinking at all of donating anything until a bag from Collection 4 Clothes was dropped through my mail slot. After going through my closet, I found that I had a number of things I could give away to a new home. I packed four bags (including the one that was given to me) and sat them outside my door this morning before 8am.

Around 12:50pm, I checked to see if the company had come to pick up my donations and everything was still in front of my door. I sent them an email at 1pm in an attempt to verify that a pickup would still occur and no one has responded.

As I said, I hadn't thought about donating anything until the bag was left with me. The pickup window closes in 10 minutes and my donations are still outside. I don't appreciate the lack of follow through.

Update (Aug 13): The company emailed me back and I agreed to another pick up today. My donations were just collected.

Excellent service. Filled in a form online and chose a charity from list I wanted to benefit from my donation and was contacted straight away with a pick up date. I was contacted again a little nearer the date I was given for the pickup to make sure I still wanted the service then I was given a "20 minutes away" call on the day.
I will definitely be using collection4clothes again and have already been recommending them.

"Large scheduled collection missed"

Large collection (approx 25 bags) booked for last Saturday: this wasn’t the usual bag through the door asking for donations, our non-profit community interest company researched which companies had good reviews and genuinely supported charities. The bags were not collected, and we had no contact from the driver, which was unprofessional as well as inconvenient as we had to transport all the bags from our office to my home address as the collection was on a weekend, as well as having to move it all again when it wasn’t collected. I’ve asked for an explanation and been told the van broke down, which sounds convenient and even so, the driver had our contact number so should’ve called to cancel at least. I appreciate that one off single bags can be easily missed but a scheduled collection of 25 bags really should’ve been handled better.

Contacted the company to say we had a lot of items to be collected. They responded very quickly and arranged a collection within a week came as mentioned in the allotted time frame.
