"Never collect bags!"

They have not collected multiple times despite two bags through door a month. How can you deliver a bag but not pick up? This particular time, I had a call back from them (I'd left messages on their answerphone every time they didnt turn up as no-one ever answers the phone or responds to emails), a nervous young woman promising they'd pick up that day... nothing. After three days, (no-one ever picking up phone, always says operators are busy and to leave message) I took bags back in... then another collection bag came through a week later! What's the point. I won't bother again. I'll be posting the bags with RETURN TO SENDER on the front from now on.

Great service from Collection4Clothes, and so easy to arrange! Click on the website, select a charity of your choice, put in your details & how many bags. I received a text within minutes telling me when driver would be in the area (within two days). Driver rang when en route so bags could be put outside. No hassle at all. I’ll never queue at the recycling centre again!!
