Clothes collected as booked. Driver rang before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. Easy to book and clothes going to a good cause. Would recommend if you don’t want to drop off at a shop.

Good customer service. Date given for collection and then just before the date they called to confirm and remind me. They came on the date and the collection agent was really polite. A very reliable service and I will use them again

"These companies are such a scam"

These companies are such a scam - it doesn't say what percentage of what they sell goes to the charity. The bags make you feel as though what you donate goes directly to whichever charity it is, I'm sure in reality it's sold as rags and a tiny percentage actually gets donated. Better off taking your stuff to a charity shop.

I received a bag from collection for clothes which would be collected on a Monday...It was not collected...I rang them on the Tuesday and they rang me back to say it would be collected on the Wednesday....No show!! I rang them again and left a message......No response
