Overall good experience and learn some new features of MS. Trainer Dheeraj EVE0198493 is great and patient.
Would recommend to 1.highlight the time zoom of attendees to better plan lunch break for everyone and 2.clarify the application to be used for the online video meeting. It occurs to us today information mismatch that Knowledge Academy platform and some email indicated meeting to be held via Zoom but we also received email and message confirmation from Knowledge Academy support team it will be held via Teams.

Great classes on lean six sigma, yellow, green and son black belt. I would have liked to have the possibility of being certified by an official LSS body but otherwise thumbs up. Examples were great and easy to understand. Teaching quality and pace is very good. Also a Wonderfull customer service experience: always there helpful and quick in response. Highly recommended for companies or private use.
