I placed an order on 13th April. The order was dispatched to Royal Mail on 15th April. It is now 18th April and Royal Mail tracking says ‘waiting to receive from sender’.
I now suspect that Superdrug is taking money and does not have the goods.
I have used online messaging but nobody ever responds.
The order was expensive, now I don’t know what to do. I am very disappointed.

Dreadful service, to the extent that it feels like a scam. Next day delivery promises on the website not fulfilled, quick responses from them right up to the point where they took my money and now dead silence. Three messages over the past three days have been ignored.

Cancelled order. Takes 3 days to go back into the bank so if you really need your medication then you’re looking at waiting at least 3 days just to get a refund.
