My 3 year old has been using their micro scooter for a year now and loves it! Unfortunately the helmet strap that hold the light together had snapped ( older reviews suggest it's a common issue with the older helmets). The lovely team, especially Sarah and Rosie sorted us out and we had a new helmet in a few days. Thank you!

I wanted to buy my two kids scooters and my initial thought was that Micro seemed a little expensive. With longevity in mind, I saw that they offer a range of spare parts, and with other reviews mentioning the build quality AND the 28-day return policy, I thought I'd give them a try.

The build quality blew me away. These are very well-made scooters that are set to last years and years. My kids are very happy with them.

I also want to add that I did contact customer support and they were incredible. I can't rate them high enough.
