Best customer service I’ve ever received! I messed up and sent them the wrong address and they bent over the backwards to sort it out for me. Daisy was so lovely and kind and when she couldn’t answer my question on my first call she went and got the answer and called me back first thing next day. So impressed! We definitely order again

Excellent customer service which is extremely rare these days! I ordered a rucksack to go on my grandson’s scooter for his birthday along with a number of other accessories. Unfortunately the poppers on the straps of the rucksack didn’t align so I needed to exchange. I contacted the online chat team and spoke to Sarah who immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent directly to my grandson and also promised a little extra gift in way of apology. Seamless, super quick, polite and more than acceptable response. If only other companies treated their customers this way. Thank you x

"Bought the scooter and helmet 18 months…"
Bought the scooter and helmet 18 months ago and our daughter has had very good use out of it.
The light in the helmet stopped working and because the helmet was discontinued they offered to send out a replacement helmet as no light was available
