"Outstanding"

Outstanding, simply outstanding! I have purchased a first design of Easy Ride on Luggage long time ago (more than 5 years ago). It was a life saver when traveling with my toddler... Recently I decided to give it away as my child grew out of it. After all those years it's still in a great condition (due to materials used and craftsmanship) but after close inspection i realised top handle has a crack which could deem the ride on unusable. Anyways decided to contact the company, hoping that they will, by any chance, have a spare part for a design that they don't sell anymore. And guess what, I got a reply within 10 minutes, saying they have located a spare handle and will send it out to me, no problem! I was in shock (a positive one ;)) The handle arrived in couple of days and the Ride on Luggage is back to its former glory.
The Company should be proud of it products and exceptional customer service, which is second to none. I'm so grateful and sending big thanks to Catherine H. from Customer Communications Team for her amazing work! Many Thanks and All the best to you guys!

Customer service is the reason we keep coming back. If there has ever been an issue someone has always been very helpful at the end of the phone!

"B-Bends replacements for Maxi scooter"

Julia was most helpful and answered all my queries quickly and professionally!
My son's scooter got one of the B-Bend spring snapped and even though it was not covered by the warranty, Julia offered to send the part free of charge and also provided all information about how to replace them, service center info, etc.

"Extraordinary customer services"

Rosie went over and beyond to help us to get the specific scooter our boy had set his heart on for his 4th birthday. The scooter was unavailable to buy in the UK when we first called, but Rosie investigated and called back to advise it would be available on pre-order soon, and called again 2 weeks later on the first morning it was possible to pre-order! Had Rosie not called back we may have bought a different scooter. He's now super excited to receive his new scooter :-) Thanks again Rosie!

The concept behind these scooters is genuinely promising; portable scooter designed specifically for kids. Great idea in theory. Unfortunately, the execution falls significantly short. After a while, the folding mechanism completely seized up. What was supposed to be a convenient, collapsible design for easy storage and transport now remains permanently fixed in position. This defeats one of the main selling points of the product.
For the price point, I expected something that would last at least a season of regular use. While my child initially enjoyed riding it, the deteriorating quality has made it increasingly frustrating for both of us.

I cannot recommend Mini Scooters based on our experience. The promising concept is undermined by poor mechanical reliability and substandard materials. Look elsewhere if you want a scooter that will serve your child for more than a few months.

"Just got back from Mersea scooters"

Just got back from Mersea scooters, had taken my son’s scooter into them in bits long story. As per normal like every time I’ve been down there they picked it up and sorted it for me, and then the lovely lady at counter said as it only taken five minutes no charge. They are still the best don’t waste your time with the rest. Xx
