Great scooter, gets thrown around a fair bit but you.wouldnt know. The LEDs stopped working after a couple of months, contacted customer services late on a Sunday and a new wheel was organised straight away. Daisy is an absolute star... She should get a raise!

I purchased a Micro Mobility Sprite Scooter Metallic in 2022

This scooter is not fit for purpose and compromises the safety of children. The screws in the bolt plates repeatedly fall out and require constant tightening. I will end up spending more on bolt plates than the cost of the scooter. My daughter has almost suffered injury as a result. And micro refuse to do anything about it. Very poor in my opinion

I ordered some spare parts for a second hand scooter that was given to my son, just to give it a new lease of life. The process of finding the parts and ordering was fantastic - so glad I could do that rather than having to scrap the whole scooter.

When the parts arrived, we were missing a single (vital) screw, so I contacted customer services via WhatsApp. This was dealt with swiftly and really efficiently - the new part is winging it's way to me now.

I bought a micro scooter bundle for my daughter two weeks ahead of her 1st birthday. A week after it had been marked as dispatched I followed it up, to be told that it had disappeared in transit.
Even though there were still four days until my daughter's birthday, I was told they were doing a stock take and they couldn't guarantee I would receive my item.
Ended up being refunded and sourced an alternative from elsewhere. Really disappointing.

"4in1 Mini 2 Grow scooter too small for 19 month old"

I purchased a 4in1 Mini 2 Grow scooter for my son who is 19 months old. I specifically wanted this for the seat and the push handle for while he is too small to scoot on his own. He is a reasonably sized toddler in terms of height and weight but by no means very tall and the scooter is already too small for him and the seat and handlebars are not adjustable. I would go so far as to say that this scooter is not fit for purpose given it is advertised for 18+ months. I have recommended to nursery mums who have asked to get the competitors model which is adjustable as this scooter is now as good as useless to me until he can stand and scoot on his own. A friend of mine with the same aged toddler has said she’s had the exact same experience. Such an expensive scooter to be so poorly designed.

This company was recommended to me and I can see it has a good reputation. As a first time parent, I don’t always know exactly what I need out of a product but I expect that when I buy from good brands that they have done some of the basic thinking for me in their design. I didn’t know I needed the seat to be adjustable until it wasn’t and so here I am now, considering buying a different scooter so my son can continue to enjoy his scooter rides until he can go on his own.

Reply- Yes I am fine with adjusting the parent handle and have done so. I would like to adjust the handle and seat for my son on the scooter itself as both are too small. He is nowhere near being able to scoot on his own independently from a balance perspective or from the perspective of following instructions. This scooter is presented as an option in the 18+ month menu option. But I now effectively can’t use it for a 19 month old…
