My helmet unfortunately arrived in an extremely damaged box, but Microscooters have agreed to send a new one out immediately, free of charge. I really appreciate that as I did not feel comfortable giving my 1 year old a helmet that had been that thrown around. I hope the packaging and delivery process can be improved or that it was just a one-off and we were unlucky!
