"Poor customer support and no delivery after 11 days"

Don’t order direct unless you are prepared to wait weeks for delivery. Placed a £255 order on the 1/12/24. No indication when I placed the order that there would be a delay. The order still hasn’t been dispatched 12 days later and no indication when it will be sent. 3 automated emails from them saying that there is a delay but no shipping estimate and it says you can’t cancel the order! One email from customer service saying it hasn’t been picked yet but it can’t be cancelled or refunded. The order was for my three children’s Christmas presents and the company are still advertising next day delivery on their website and yet they can’t expedite delivery for customers waiting 12 days for dispatch. These are great scooters but buy from another third party rather than direct…I wish I had!! I will now have to buy elsewhere unless they arrive this week and then return these when they eventually arrive….doesn’t really fit with their eco friendly credentials. Really disappointing.

"Extremely Disappointed with Delays and Poor Support"

I placed an order on the 29th, and today, the 7th, I still haven’t received the scooter I bought for my little son’s birthday. First, I was informed via email that the order was delayed. Then, two days ago, they sent a tracking number for Yodel, but the tracking shows that the order is still with the company, and Yodel hasn’t even received it.

The customer service they boast about, claiming to work 7 days a week, is nothing more than a chatbot that leads nowhere except to create a ticket.

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the poor service. This has ruined what was supposed to be a special day for my son.

"Doesn't give refund after THEY cancelled order"

I placed a helmet order on November 8th and received an email a week later informing me that it had been discontinued. I was offered a replacement or a refund, and opted for a refund as I had already purchased a different helmet. They confirmed the refund would be processed within five business days, but it never arrived. After three weeks of follow-up, I received only 30% of my refund. Despite providing proof of my original order (one single helmet) they continue to claim it was a bundled order and refund is correct, have stopped responding. Their customer service has been extremely disappointing, and although I'm satisfied with my second helmet purchase, this experience has dissuaded me from ordering from them again.

"Poor customer service "

We ordered a scooter for our daughter’s Christmas present on 21 November which we needed to arrive in time for 18 December. It arrived damaged. Customer services were thoroughly unhelpful. We have to take it to a post office to send back, the exchange takes 14 days and no apology or recompense was offered. After complaining they said they’d send some accessories. The scooters are great, the customer service less so.

I’ve amended this review to 1 star because nearly two months have now passed and we still don’t have the replacement scooter. Christmas was, of course, totally missed.

"Great products, poor packaging"

Unfortunately when my package arrived I discovered that the box had burst and had been heavily taped by the courier. I was very relieved to find everything I ordered in the box and intact. The scooter, helmet, basket, ribbons and bell are all great and I’m sure our granddaughter will be very happy with them. I contacted Micro to let them know how disappointed I was with the state of the packaging and found them very helpful.

"Fantastic customer service"

Fantastic customer service. Purchased a scooter a few weeks ago with some ribbons. Unfortunately one of the ribbons snapped, but the Micro team replaced this immediately which will make my little one happy.

"Excellent customer service. "

I had a problem with a micro scooter wheel. Daisy, on chatbox, was very helpful. Also had to phone them later on, and again Daisy was very helpful, and I got a replacement wheel delivered the next day. Excellent customer service. Thank you.
