I took part in a 6 week remote fitness course run by Valentina as part of a group of a dozen or so individuals.
She is inspiring and very encouraging and understands what part of our journey towards fitness each person is at and paints an achievable step by step path to each person’s next level. She posts videos of all the exercises and they are excellent. Each member of the group has a tailored set of workouts which are readily tweaked to suit individual needs. I suffer from painful shoulders and Valentina observed me on a one to one Zoom call and as a result amended certain exercises to take this into account.
She is very proactive at maximising daily fluid intake by posting daily reminders in the early stages of the 6 week course and it works! Also nutritional advice concentrated on increasing protein giving simple logical explanations as to why this is essential when working out. Sensible pragmatic approach of how to incorporate protein shakes and supplements to form part of the increased protein intake necessary to build muscle but giving advice on protein rich food which is the preferred mode of protein intake. Useful simple quick recipes were shared.
Weekly group Zoom calls encouraged a team feel to the group and we all encouraged each other and celebrated achievements. Technique of certain exercises such as lunges or planks were demonstrated and we did some too during the meetings.
Valentina also shared days when she strayed from the expected diet and encouraged us to aim for 5 good days a week which was a relief!
Having said all that what was the outcome after only 6 weeks? Well I lost some weight 2-3 kg but main thing is I changed shape and look more toned and can see glimmer of abs appearing! My core is now present and ready for the next stage of my fitness journey! And what’s more it has been fun if challenging at times! And did not set a foot in any gym which made this very time efficient for me. And it is helping my main sport of running which is why I wanted to do some strength training!
I recommend this company very highly and Valentina in particular as a very friendly effective holistic knowledgeable and approachable responsive motivating personal trainer.

Working with Valentina has been a fantastic experience for me. It’s the first time I’ve lifted weights and Valentina made sure I had all the support to move correctly. She’s very strict with quality of movement because of her pilates background which was really important to me and the one on one zoom sessions made sure I was doing the exercises correctly. Valentina’s knowledge of nutrition has helped me improve my energy level tremendously. I had no idea until I started the training that I wasn’t eating enough protein; since I started the training my levels of energy have increased significantly.
