Die Kleidung ist in Ordnung und wurde auch schnell geliefert, aber der Rückgabeprozess ist umständlich: Ich habe Rückerstattung beantragt und warte jetzt auf die Erstellung des Versandlabels. Ich habe kein Verständnis dafür, dass so etwas heutzutage länger als 24 h dauert!

I ordered twice from Twothirds. Both orders arrived swiftly and the items were as described, no surprises. The used garments are wonderfully soft and lush, quality seems great. I hope they'll hold up for a long time. Their women's clothing has a very nice, fashionable style. Men's clothing is a bit more conservative and less eye-catching, but still nice.

Bei einer Rückgabe bekommt man nur einen Einkaufsgutschein anstelle von einer Erstattung und muss die Retourenkosten von 4€ tragen. Bei einer erneuten Bestellung und Bezahlung mit dem Einkaufsgutschein gelten keine Rabatt- oder Saleaktionen und man muss auf jeden Fall die Versandkosten von 4,90€ selber bezahlen, auch wenn man den Mindestbestellwert überschreitet. Als ob ein Einkaufsgutschein eine Rabattaktion wäre und kein bares Geld. Meiner Meinung nach Green Washing und komplette Abzocke. Nie wieder!
