I pre-ordered a sweater. At that time, it was already 30 EUR cheaper than the (alleged) original price on their website. A few days later, it was another 10 EUR cheaper, still as pre-order. They told me, to get the new price, I'd have to cancel the order and re-order. So I did.
The delivery date was then delayed to December 23rd or so, and they were very helpful holding the parcel until I returned from holidays.
When I finally received it, on January 16th, the price in their shop for this sweater was reduced by another 20 EUR. They told me, if I want to have it for the new price, I must send back my item and re-order online. So I did, and, even paying for shipping back, still saved 14 EUR versus the original price.
I'd say, they don't actually care about what shipping does to the environment, but only about their business process.
The precious, made-in-Europe, ecological product should just have a stable price for longer than a month, and there shouldn't be such an extreme change of price in such a short time.

Ci sono una serie di inesattezze. Il pacco risultava da voi ricevuto il 30 gennaio, dal codice di tracciabilità. Inoltre vi ho scritto dalla mia mail il 6 febbraio senza ricevere risposta, ma immagino abbiate già verificato altrimenti non mi avreste rimborsata oggi. Non ho utilizzato il vostro numero di telefono perché è un numero spagnolo con costi dunque molto alti per la chiamata e non avete whatsapp, per quanto riguarda la chat non l'ho trovata sul sito, così come la vostra mail. Potete mettere il link a queste informazioni così se qualcuno fosse in difficoltà potrà avere rapido accesso ai vostri contatti.
Penso che non dovrebbe essere necessario arrivare ad un reclamo per avere una gestione efficace da parte vostra, soprattutto se addebitate costi di "logistica" ai vostri resi.

Sono sorpresa e preoccupata dall'inesistente customer care di questa azienda, per cui sconsiglio vivamente qualsiasi acquisto. Ho acquistato un maglione per il mio ragazzo a natale, purtroppo non andava bene per lui, per cui ho proceduto a richiedere la restituzione. Le spese di spedizione vengono scalate dal totale, ma dopo un mese dalla spedizione non ho avuto né notizie né rimborso. sul sito hanno solo un numero di telefono spagnolo, ho mandato una mail scovata con fatica a cui non ho ricevuto risposta. a questo punto aprirò una contestazione su Paypal, ma sconsiglio vivamente qualunque acquisto da questa azienda, che ha una buona facciata ma un pessimo customer care
