I made an order over two weeks ago, only received a confirmation after contacting the company. Still no delivery and no update on what is going on with my order. Phone lines are unanswered and no one seems to respond to my emails asking for an update.

I still have not received my order for blankets yet money has gone out of my account. I had no confirmation email or any inclination when my goods would arrive and yet you can send me this message to review. Very disappointed as I have ordered from you before with no issues. Landmark Linens has dissolved and is now Linenfields, which has the same family name as directors.
After weeks of chasing my order by phone & email, I was told they would chase the warehouse. Never heard from them again. I put my payment into dispute, but my credit card company credited the full amount back straight away. This tells me they have been asked before!
I think the review which said “they don’t have any stock, just order from other sites and pass on” is spot on!!

Dreadful company in my opinion they don't have any stock but buy from other companies? and advertise and take your money for stock they can't supply. They rarely reply to emails or phone messages and only issue refund after weeks of contact and threats. Eventually I reported them to trading standards. Steer clear

Items still not received (tie-backs & cushions) since ordering and paying for these items 2 months ago.
Have emailed a few times, but no acknowledgment or response. Have ‘phoned as well, but voicemail says no one to take call, but to email. Going around in circles and so now looking for a consumer regulations body or a tv/radio consumer program to take up my cause.

Keep ringing and emailing. No response. They Have taken money , no updates, no delivery schedule nothing . Asked to cancel for refund by phone and email as had to purchase elsewhere as needed the goods and they had not been dispatched. Still waiting response. Something very wrong here! See all the negative reviews should have checked here first !
