"Diabolical Customer Service "

I had used this company before and not had any problem. This time though they have been terrible. Have not received an order I placed a month ago. Customer service is diabolical. Answered the call once saying they would investigate and email me back (they never did). Further calls have gone to an answering machine message saying to email or use contact form. No option to leave a message. I have tried emailing and using contact form a few times and still no response. Have raised a complaint via PayPal to get my money back.

Update: no contact from seller but they have refunded my money via PayPal yesterday (same day complaint made via PayPal).

I wish that I had read the reviews before placing an order. They fail to answer the phone and do not respond to emails until a Trusted Pilot posting.

"Dreadful! "

Our order never arrived and after 6 emails to customer service with no response we had to resort to going back to our credit card company for a refund. Dreadful service or actually no service at all and appalling communication. We will never use this company again.

"What went wrong"

What went wrong? No goods have been received!!! After two emails explaining the problem, I received a very nice reply from Kaye Goodbody, Director, who apologised and assured me that a replacement set of cushions would be dispatched. No cushions received and no reply to my subsequent email.

"Disappointing customer service."

After four weeks of waiting for my order to arrive, I could get no answer to my emails.
After eight weeks I informed them that I had asked my bank to retrieve the payment made.
At that point I was offered a refund or my order to be fulfilled immediately.
Communication with customers needs to be greatly improved.

Lovely cushions although I got four the same and thought I’d ordered 2 foxes 2 hares. However as they’re so lovely I decided to keep them.
