The seat cushion I got for my mum was lovely, no problems there. Delivery was delayed by me applying a discount coupon to the order and it being invalid, however. This wasn't obvious to me at the time as the payment appeared to go through, but it hadn't. It's less the extra money which bothered me (as it wasn't very much), but the fact that I used a coupon posted on the website itself which I wouldn't have used if I had known it wasn't valid.
