After previously giving a bad review about Love Windows. I am back again giving a bad review. This time I won’t be agreeing to remove the review but being offered a reduction in the price. I too have not received the 15 year Fensa certificate that I have asked for several times. The last time I rang was to Adam, on the 28th February 2019. My windows and doors were fitted (eventually) last October. Since the fitting, my letter box fell off and last week the door knocker came off in my partners hand. The lock on the front door is playing up and I’m afraid that the door won’t lock or unlock and as I live alone I am scared this will happen at night time. I wish I’d never had anything to do with this company.

"Poor work and customer service unfinished after 6 months"
I had windows partially fitted in november 2018. Work was very poor as can be seen from photos. They asked for more money and never came back to finish the job. I am left with shoddy windows with broken panes. no toughened glass, no A rated windows. Some windows have no handles on. Many many phone calls and I always get promised a date and they never show up. Its been over 6 months and I am fed lies after lies from Adam in the office and Khayam Hussain. Would not recommend. I will have to get another company to finish the job. They also promised me 5 composite doors which have not been fitted.

Con men I've phoned Adam 25 times this week not one answer I've replaced broken pane they left me with cost £97 now I've to buy a door that I've paid them for I wonder if dot cotton will re mburse me please don't trade with this company the agent who took my order signed my contract Johnathan o Grady he was a director who resigned in 2018 a con from the start

After paying £200 and then reading all the reviews didn’t fill us with confidence, they agreed we would pay 25% on day on installation but we wanted to pay this by credit card for more protection from our bank. The sales man argued with my husband that they didn’t accept credit card and just to cancel our order, surely a company that advertises on tv accept credit card. So lost our £200 but we could have ended up losing a lot more. For the salesman to argue on the phone with you, gosh that’s not how to keep customers confidence.

My advice - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had 5 windows fitted last October and what a stressful experience! They have no morals, never get back to you and do not understand BRITISH customer service!!! I am still awaiting my 15 year guarantee and Trading Standards are now involved.

I had 10 windows fitted in June 2018. Love Windows has sent employees out to assess the windows on 3 occasions and all 3 inspectors concluded the work was sub-standard. However, 5 dates were set for the remedial work to be done but no one turned up.
I am now taking legal action. My solicitor has written to LW but they have not replied. Apparently, LW has been taken to court by 5 other claimants and Judgements have been obtained but not satisfied.
Do not use this company!
Come on, Adam. Let us all see your reply to this review! Better still, why doesn't Mr Goody reply after replacing Mr Hussain.

"I discovered the following problems…"
I discovered the following problems with the windows they fitted for me.
In the front bedroom, rain is getting in between the frame and the wall, causing water to wet the bedroom wall.
In the back bedroom, a plastic strip has come loose on the inside of the window frame.
I have tried numerous time to get in touch with the company on the phone, but no response.
I resorted to sending them a letter by Recorded delivery.
It was signed for, but they have not responded.
All I want is for someone from the company to come out and sort these problems out.
It may only take one man an hour.
Did June Brown ( Dot Cotton ) have these problems ?

"I have had windows from Love Windows…twice, the first time no issue, the second I am still waiting for it to be sorted 3 months later"
I have had windows from Love Windows previously and was more than happy, however the second time the plan was viewed from the wrong side (their mistake), therefore I have a small window with 2 openings and a large window with 1. This looks ridiculous. I have been trying to get this sorted out for almost 3 months, the fitting was the beginning of January, it is now 31st March, I am promised that I will get a call back, someone will call out but I have had no response to date.
The quality is good which is why I used them a second time, but the customer service is shocking.

WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEY ARE PATHETIC LIARS PROMSING TO COME AND LOOK TO SORT AND HAVE NO
INTENTION WHATSOEVER OF COMING.
WE’VE BEEN WAITING SINCE MID DECEMBER, MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS, MULTIPLE LIES, MULTIPLE PROMISES OF “BOOKED” APPOINTMENTS TO SEE THE PROBLEM. WHEN NO-ONE ARRIVES. I THINK THEY MUST HAVE RUN OUT IF EXCUSES NOW!
