I had ordered an EPIC wing paddle in a particular length. The person working there was VERY knowledgeable about the surfski I was paddling and specific types and sizes of paddles. He had called me back to tell me the one I was considering was probably too long and wasn’t in stock anyway. He suggested an alternate size and made sure I understood the mechanics of the wing paddle since I typically used a Euro blade. The paddle he suggested turned out to be perfect for the surfski and conditions I am paddling in. It was nice to have an employee who actually knew what they were talking about!

"Ordered item on Oct 28th"

Ordered item on Oct. 28th, got duped into buying "delivery damage insurance" then got notified it would arrive 10/31. No show, checked tracking, still showed delivery date as 10/31 until today when it said 11/2. It's already 11/3.
Tracking has said "in transit" with no change for 4 days. Hope I get it before long, I really need it.
