Fantastic Service everything was perfect. Received my Jonny boat yesterday. Took the paperwork in the box, packing slip and printed invoice and got my JB registered. I live in West Texas so this process can be challenging here but LS&S had everything in order. Great People!!! Highly recommend this business. Treated an out of State costumer like I lived around the corner.

As everyone I’ve worked with are experienced water sports enthusiasts, they have all provided useful insights. Also, the company provides exceptional customer service. Due to an unforeseen inventory issue, when an item I ordered turned out to not be available, Liquid Surf and Sail went above and behind to fix the situation. I will definitely continue to be a return customer for all my stand up paddle surf and other water sports needs!

If I could give your business a zero that’s what rating I would give your company. Ordered a simple paddle grip wrap that could have simply been placed in an envelope and sent. I was told that the delivery date was October 10th as of now I haven’t received anything and have received no information from you about the delivery. I attend the Orlando surf expo every year with my brother who owns K-Coast Surf Shop in Maryland, I really have nothing positive to say about your company but will let others know you’re not a reliable company. Not sure why I paid $10 for delivery protection probably just another scam.
