"Still no boiler service!!"
Yet again it has taken months of emails and calls to try and get a service arranged which should have happened 6 months ago. This happens every year and the excuses are always the same. Hasslefree should be automatically contacting me each year to offer dates for the service which I am paying for as part of my agreement. Totally had enough of this!!!

"Avoid at all costs - not safe "
Avoid at all costs. Boiler was installed by HFB. Boiler manufacturer has been out recently due to an issue that was under warranty. However have now used a Danger Do Not Use notice as 3 errors with installation and not safe to use. HFB are not accepting responsibility

I put a review up recently about this company and its portfolio manager Mr Jacob Pyatt on here and sure as eggs are eggs I got a response from him who was nice as pie once he had read the very condemning review I gave him the benefit of the doubt and removed it and again as eggs are eggs he disappeared into the night being unresponsive I now have to take a personal fight to them for breach of contract paragraph 6 section E During the term of this agreement, we will keep the boiler and Heating System in good repair, condition and working order, including providing an annual service check. We will provide and fit any new or replacement parts required to keep the boiler and Heating System in working order albeit its a going to be a long fight I've already started the process and he has ignored that request I shall now move onto the next phase they have also broke data protection rules by sending me someone else's complaint to my email address 10th April 14 15pm incase your reading this Mr Pyatt!!! But that's for another day in a nutshell this company 4 years ago were fine but for some unknown reasons they changed drastically i haven't had a service for near three years my warranty on boiler is now invalid had this company kept to there contractual obligations there wouldn't be a problem and what company doesn't have a contact phone number is a red flag right away read the reviews now and past and make your own individual choice but all the reviews recently are totally correct I made one hell of a wrong one and now face a massive fight in the courts to get him removed from the hold he has on my land registry and I'm not paying the extortionate settlement figure for services I'm not receiving something doesn't sit right with this company if the programme Rogue traders was still about I'm sure they would have been on it im also looking into a winding up order issued against them in 2019 in Newcastle.
As stated this is my personal experience and read all reviews before making any choices.

"My boiler has been broken for nearly 4 weeks. Still waiting to be fixed"
My boiler has been broken for nearly 4 weeks now. Leaking water from the main boiler. No central heating either for nearly 4 weeks. First reported the breakdown on the 19th April. Engineer cancelled the appointment twice stating 1. that the van had broken down then 2. Hot the wrong date. The Engineer finally came to look at it 10 days later on the 29th April - numerous things broken. Not appeared since waiting for parts to be ordered. I have emailed HFB customer services nearly every day since looking for an update. Still waiting..... its really not good enough and is very poor customer service. I am paying nearly £60 per month for a fully serviced and working Gas Central Heating Boiler - which I haven't had for nearly a month !

2017 - 2024 nothing but problems, the date of experience calendar does not go far enough back

THE most shocking company.. they will take your money and ignore you, they have total contempt for their customers and zero customer service, no means of contact, they simply do not care at all..

We had a gas leak today which left us with nothing, no way to make dinner and no ability to have a hot wash.
I contacted Hassle Free at 4pm and Jacob helped me way past 6pm to help ensure we had an engineer visit tonight with the needed parts and resolve our issue. Can't thank him enough and it really shows how much these guys care.

Worst company ever had to deal with install 2 boilers bith broken in 2 year. Still waitng for are reply after 3 months

Contacted company reference problem with boiler and within 30 minutes had phone call from a pier who instructed myself on how to fix problem which i resolved with his help very impressed with his attitude and friendly manner over phone problem solved within short time full credit to all involved especially Pier.

"Excellent Customer Service"
We reported a faulty boiler to Hassle Free Boilers late afternoon, using their very efficient webmail facility.
I had an email back within the hour to say that an engineer was booked to sort the problem out - the very next morning!
The contractor contacted me by text message on the day (at 7am) to confirm the booking and then a phone call to say he would be with me within 30 minutes -and he duly was.
Super efficient service from HFB and the contractor - thank you both very much,
