What a joke that email was i have paid way over the odds over £40 a month for someone to at least get back in touch with me when I fill in a contact form because there’s no way of getting hold of them any other way

Been with HFB FOR 10 years no problem until January this year it’s taken till today to get a reply to my emails or phone calls. But managed to get through to a lovely woman call Trudie and she couldn’t do enough to sort out my problem thank you Trudie your a credit to the company .

We have been with this company over 10 years. They are fantastic.
We emailed out of hours and had a prompt response by early morning. A plumber has been and we now have heating again. The repair man was polite and courteous. Really professional. Thank you so much for all your help. We would highly recommend this company.

Bought a boiler from this company 9 years ago. Boiler keeps losing pressure so I have telephoned, left messages and emails but absolutely no response whatsoever. Cannot believe they can still be in business with such a terrible customer service

I wish I could give a zero review ! Exactly the same issues as many others. So much for a 365 day 24/7 service, as promised in their contract ! Even the website and voicemail message states only contactable Mon to Friday 9am to 11am and 3pm to 5pm !! Rarely reply to messages.
I had to chase them for months to get my last service done, then I had a boiler breakdown whilst awaiting overdue service, and only eventually managed to get hold of HFB because I still had a personal mobile number for the last engineer they used. He did me a favour and contacted them via a private number.
I have 2 years contract remaining and want to buy out because there is no credible reliable service. Ghey are ckearoy in breach of contract.The settlement figure they sent me has various add on charges , with no legal contractual standing, with nearly £600 of extras added to the fee shown in my original contract. They will not be getting this. I intend to pay the correct fees as listed in my contract not a penny more, and would gladly see them in court.
