If I could give them less than one star I would. This company is appalling. I make a payment each month and despite endless chasing there was no service for 2.5 years. When they eventually did find out apparently the boiler needed repairing and it’s been a further 3 months of chasing to get an engineer booked in who just didn’t turn up and no contact from the company to say he wasn’t attending. Utterly appalling company do not buy a boiler through this company. I regret it.

No service in over 4 years, no reply to emails and can not get through at all on the phone!!!
We now have an issue with the boiler and it won’t hold pressure, so no heating or hot water, been with them for 10 years and it’s just a joke, massive breach of contract on their part just not sure how we can get out of this now, any advice out there as we are at the point where we will have to pay someone to repair and service our boiler.

Can't believe the 5 star reviews on this site, other review sites tell a different story, do not use this company if you want peace of mind for the safety of your family. Jacob was the the only guy responding, but has stopped responding no phone contact that responds either, I note a winding up order was put in place in 2019. Have they gone under perhaps a visit to the office is my next option,
If it really exists.
How they are getting away with this is beyond me.

I've been on a service and maintainance plan for 6 years with hassle free boilers, really impressed. Would certainly recommend.

Have boiler on 12 year contract that is supposed to include servicing of the boiler and central heating system. Nothing has been done for around 3 years despite repeated attempts and a no show.

RE complaint June 10th 2024.Suprise Suprise, Still no date for the supposed service, and issue, of the Safety Certificate which was due from the beginning of MARCH 2024.
Could anyone advise me, who would be liable if an incident occured ( gas leak etc).

Hassle free boilers have been taken over and they are total rubbish...we have paid them money for nothing they rob you blind stay away from them
