What separates a good company from a mediocre one is how they deal with problems. I ordered a spare part for a Duravit toilet. It arrived promptly but, for some unknown reason, Duravit have modified the fixing posts so the replacement couldn't just be slid into place. Alex has been more than helpful with this issue and I'm happy that I will now be able to complete the job.
