I initially left a one star due to no contact from customer service and over 10 day delivery when paying £5.25 for postage, having received the product eventually I’ve decided to edit my review due to the packaging and the quality of the sweets that arrived, customer service only got in touch after getting my negative review however they got in contact and change my mind. Product saves the day

"AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!"
Can’t give zero starts. Don’t order from them they’re an absolute disgrace. Zero customer service. I placed an order with them costing £200 in August and still have not received my order. I’ve tried ringing- no answer. I’ve sent numerous emails and messages to their Facebook and heard nothing back bar one mail saying they’ll look into it after months of trying to get a response. That was over a week ago and again heard nothing more. I now intend to start the small claims court procedure on Monday to get my full refund.
I’d avoid buying from them at all costs. How can they stand over the quality and safety of a food product that’s been in transit for months!!
There’s plenty of similar sites offering the same products with proper customer service and you’ll actually get your order, as far as I’m concerned they’re a scam.

If there was Zero stars that would be better this company are con artists never reply back to emails or messages, don’t send out the whole order and not been refunded for the items they didn’t have in stock messages them on 1st October it states they have seen my message but still have not replied to my query. Trading standard are my next port of contact. Despicable customer service DO NOT USE this company

Awful ,don’t bother, terrible company, poor communication, and if u do ever get to speak to them they are rude, sweets are ok but u can get better. They promise fast delivery but print the order label but don’t give it to DPD, 5 days delivery was ok during covid but not now , maybe you need more staff instead of big profit’s.

Do not order from this company! I contacted them on the 5th of September to enquire about one of their products and they responded to me withing 30 mins, which was great! After I placed the order I heard nothing from them for 12 days! After reaching out to them multiple times and being ignored I started commenting on their tiktok posts in order to get a response only for them to delete my comments! I've only just now been refunded (will actually have to wait and see if the money arrives in my account,) probably due to me just asking where my order was. Just don't bother with them and order from somewhere else because these lot are too busy making tiktok videos to actually post your order!
EDIT
I have just received a message from them claiming that it was infact DPD's fault that the parcel arrived, apparently it was damaged in the post... Yet they never updated my order to say it was dispatched and I never received a tracking number...

I bought brain lickers slushies off this companie and waited ages for the delivery. I eventually contacted DPD to ask where my parcel was. D they reiex saying the goods were destroyed on route and were sent back to company that I bought them off. I have emailed them twice and have not received a reply. I've lost a lot of money as it was two boxes. I won't be using this company again

The first order I made (in December) took around a week to actually process, and then another week to deliver. But now that the service is better my orders are processed faster and the sweets come in good condition and fairly quickly

"Awful customer service"
Awful customer service! Contacted them over a week ago after receiving someone else's order. I received an apologetic email back explaining the mix up and they assured me they would send my actual order out the same pr next day. I replied asking what to do with the order I had received (got no reply). After waiting 8 days I followed up to a short response "we are waiting on you to post the order back". Firstly their original email stated they were sending the correct replacement order out "today". 1. How did they expect to post the correct items out to me on the day they said if they were waiting on a order being returned. 2. If I am sending back an order that you sent me by mistake isn't it your job to request this and ask if I'm OK paying postage to send it back, not assume that's OK. Dreadful customer service. Will not use again!

I had orders twice last month and had received an email on the 1st of June saying my order had been completed. A few days after I orderd a lot from a different company and that was packed and sent with an email that had a tracking number this massive order only took 6 days to arrive yet on writing this on the 16th June I still haven’t received my order from box mix. In addition for the past week I have emails and phoned multiple times a day also I’ve commented on their tik tok posts yet I have not had a single reply. My dad has taking over matters and has phoned companies around the area where he has received responses ranging from having no idea that they existed to people saying that they are ligitimate but are really bad at responding. It has gotten to the point that I just want to cancel the order and get a refund so that I can get something from a more reliable company however there is apparently no way of doing this as no one responds on any type of platform. I’m just fed up of waiting around for this to arrive considering that I paid twice for next day delivery I understand where I live it can take longer but 2 weeks from the day it was completed is ridiculous.
Friday morning:
It is now Friday the 25th and after getting hold of what I think is the accounts person they gave me some bulls*it excuse that brexit was the reason that the delivery has taken almost a month to arrive whereas when I’ve ordered from another company in the past month there has been no problems which leads me to think that it was never sent and now there trying to cover their asses by saying it’s the carriers fault. In addition after receiving a message last Sunday saying they would look into this I still haven’t been able to speak to anyone to resolve this.
Even if I do eventually receive the parcel its too late as my sister has special needs and she used her birthday money for this order we’ve had order her other stuff from elsewhere meaning that we barely have enough to cover next weeks bills hence why we are desperate for the refund and to get this sorted.
Friday night:
So the latest is that they have started blocking me on social media for complaining about the company as they don’t want to look bad. And just like magic when they did that I received an email saying the parcel that I have been trying to cancel and get a refund for has only just been shipped. Found out from a friend that there telling people that question that everything is sorted when it’s not.
Saturday: been blocked twice now.
Tuesday
After all this it finally arrived the order that we have been tryin to cancel for weeks now with no response from them. Through all this I have not received an apology or a genuine reason for it being so late or that they wouldn’t listen to me.
If you have read all this please note as far as I can tell I am not the first person they have blanked when there is a problem and I certainly won’t be the last. It’s very apparent that they put all there time and effort into getting new customers on social media but make to effort to keep them once they have taken their money. Furthermore one thing on each of the orders is missing. This company is literally a joke and I know there is no way I can get hold of them to sort anything out
