Good service. Tractor mower arrived within the timescale and unmarked. Cover, ordered additionally, wasn't included due to an oversight, but was despatched immediately when notified.

Sales person was able to help with purchasing a lawn mower model that was showing as out of stock on the web. Arrived on time. Cannot yet say anything about reliability as it's been used only recently.

Unfortunately, my order was accepted but the item was out of stock and I only found this out when I called to chase up my order a week after making it. I've given them 2 stars as my refund was made a few minutes after my call but disappointed I didn't get my item. Luckily Screwfix had it.
