They used unqualified Staff to install my System and tried fixing the system after instalation with unqualified Electrical Person.
In the end I had to go to the Manufacturer of the Equipment toresolve my concerns.
Clean Switch Customer Service is also the most unprofessional I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
The Sales man if i can call him that will promise you a great System and great back up service, but from my experience it has not been the case.
Be warned before putting your faith in this Company.

I rang Big Clean Switch on 14th September 2021 for advice on moving to a greener provider. Bev Starr dealt with the call. She arranged the switch to a new provider and a new boiler home care provider on my behalf. The next stage in the transfers was explained clearly, for me to complete.
I also told her of my problems with making telephone contact with British Gas or receiving an acceptable service this year. On my behalf, after a wait of an hour, Bev managed to communicate with someone using a messaging service to try and sort out the unfinished issues with British Gas. I appreciated her patience and support.
Thank you very much to the Big Switch in your support in the transfer and in trying to resolve issues with British Gas.
