Beware : SCAM !!!!
I never received my order because of an incompetent delivery man ( who did not look for my address properly).
I wrote 10 times to the support team.
I claim to be refunded ( of articles I never received) but the support team ( which - I presume - may be an IA robot) always reply the same answer:
- it is my fault because the delivery address is not correct ( but the delivery address is CORRECT)
- they ask me to pay $13 to get the parcel resent !!!
The support team always put the blame on the customer ( instead of the delivery service).

i never received the order and they refuse to refund my money. They keep telling me to wait to receive my order :))) .... maybe after 2 years will arrive. DONT BUY ANITHING FROM HERE. I opened a bank dispute. i hope i will get my money back. I saw that i can not give them a review on google/fb..... this should have been a BIG red flag from the very beginning. Lesson learned!
