"Zu späte Lieferung, keine Erstattung"

Meine Bestellung kam viel später an, als angegeben.
Als ich eine Email an den Kundensupport schrieb, dass ich die Bestellung nicht mehr möchte, sondern mein Geld zurück, würde dem nicht nachgekommen. Der Wachsstempel ist entweder noch gar nicht los gesendet worden, oder anscheinend unerklärlicherweise verloren gegangen. Es würde ein neuer Wachsstempel los geschickt und ein 5€ Rabattcode für die nächste Bestellung als Entschuldigung gewährt. Das ist keine Entschuldigung, sondern so soll ich ja nur nochmal dort bestellen.

"I bought an embosser"

I bought an embosser. The sample they sent clearly showed it did not emboss fully. I contacted them. They had me send more samples, a video of me stamping, etc. and after all that said they would send out a new one. I got the second/replacement embosser. It doesn't fully emboss either and you can once again tell on the sample they sent. Yet now they want further proof besides their own sample.

Don't ever purchase anything from this store!!!!! I made the mistake of placing 2 separate orders. I paid over 200.00 for both orders. I followed the parcel on the map until it showed delivered. I was home both times. However, nothing was left at my door. I tried over and over and over again to reach someone at customer service but nobody responded. I lost 500.00. I have never been so angry and frustrated as I am with them. They STOLE MY MONEY!!!!

"Don’t buy from them if you are on a timeline"

I ordered a custom stamp to use on my wedding invitations. I needed the stamp fairly quick so I could send the invitations out in time so I ordered VIP shipping, thinking the stamp would arrive in 10 days or less…. It took 20 days to get my stamp and by then it was too late. The customer service was not helpful and refused to refund me for the rush shipping I paid for which promised shipping in 4-7 days after production time. If you’re on a timeline, don’t buy from this company.

"Horrible"

Horrible. Rip offs. Do not use. They acted like they shipped my order. I never received anything. I am guessing they make a fake shipping order. They say it arrived. We were closed the day they claim it was shipped. I even have cameras proving no one showed up that morning. DO NOT USE this company. Waste of my time

"Beware this company is a total ripoff…"

Beware this company is a total ripoff they sold me $20 nickel sized stamp in which I tested it on paper and the letters are so small the ink poured on each other . I notified them they said we have to investigate mind you the pictures the was advertised when I paid was a 3 each long stamp not a smal round stamp so not sure what’s to investigate. Also I have no problem buying form a out of country business but I had no idea until
I saw the word customs during shipping . DO NOT BUY from this company

"Terrible service"

Please do not use this company - their delivery and customer service system is appalling.

I placed an order on 15th April, paid extra for 6-10 day delivery. After 13 days, I chased the support team and they made up many excuses about logistics/packaging. It eventually arrived on the 10th of May and the company take no ownership that the package is so late. I asked for a refund many, many times and they avoid all the emails about questions/problems.
