Don’t pay for VIP shipping. My order was for my sisters birthday (past the 5-7 business day they advertise) to her house in Georgia. It literally was shipped and originated IN Georgia, was sent to customs for a day, then New York, then Florida, now back to Georgia. Missed her birthday by a long shot. Obviously the company has a no refund policy on the “VIP” shipping they provide and blame the carrier.

To stamprints: there isn’t an explanation needed, I can clearly see from your other replies you guys don’t have any intention of being truthful with your shipping times.

Buy from someone else, there are plenty of other reliable companies. I can’t even speak on the quality of the product, but at this point I doubt It’ll be recieved. Thanks Stamprints!

Package was listed as in my town last week. Then tracking stopped and the package wasn’t delivered. Customer services sends automated responses with no additional information other than to trust them.
