"MISTAKES!"

Service is utterly awful.
For context, I ordered a custom wedding stamp. When you type what you want the stamp to say, it doesn’t have you accommodate for the “&” that is already in the stamp. So I put in the text my name and my fiancés name with the “&”, not knowing or seeing anywhere where the “&” is already included in the stamp.
One month later, I receive my stamp with two “&”s. This had to have been a mistake on their part I thought. So I emailed them, takes about a day to get back to you. They then said they had sent a confirmation email about the design. I never received a confirmation email anywhere. It wasn’t found in any inbox, spam, or junk mail or anything. Showing that they never sent anything. Yet, they still blamed ME for not receiving the email they should have sent and made sure I got it. How absurd.
My issue with this company is that, they will place the blame on you for mistakes they made, and won’t offer to fix their mistakes. They just offered a mere 30% off a new stamp. Pathetic.
Please. If you can, go with another company who will admit to their mistakes, and whose service you are sure will satisfy you.
My hopes were high for this company. But I was ultimately let down. I believe they can see where they need to improve from this. Yet will they?! Is the big question.

"Du får ikke din pakke og du får heller ikke pengene tilbage"

Jeg fik aldrig at vide at min pakke var nået frem. Da jeg skrev til dem var den blevet sendt retur og de ville have at jeg skulle betale 12 USD for at se om de kunne sende den igen. Nej tak! Jeg betaler ikke for noget som er deres fejl. Jeg fik aldrig hverken besked om at pakken var kommet eller afhentningsnummeret.
Siden er et scam.

Jeg har aldrig modtaget noget form for oplysning om at min pakke var ankommet, og jeg har heller ikke kunnet hente den selv hvis jeg opdagede det i tide, da jeg heller aldrig fik afhentningsnummeret på pakken. Dette er simpelthen ikke min fejl, derfor er det ikke i orden at det er mig som skal betale for de gebyrer. Det er jer der har fucket op. I siger at I ikke har haft oplysninger nok, men det er vel jeres ansvar at indsamle alle relevante oplysninger når man bestiller noget på jeres side? Hvordan kan I afsende en pakke når I ved at I ikke har oplysninger nok til at modtager kan afhente den? Jeg bad om mine penge tilbage flere gange under vores mail korrespondance, men også dette er faldet for døve ører, jeg har i hvertfald aldrig fået hverken det jeg betalte for eller pengene retur. Magen til dårlig service har jeg aldrig oplevet.

"Proof went to junk mail and order was…"

Proof went to junk mail and order was not approved but went to production anyway. I tried to cancel the order but they claim it is "stuck in customs" but cannot provide any tracking or proof.

Ordered custom stamps, they keep avoiding my questions regarding shipping and tracking info. Blaiming on customs.

Obviously this is a scam site

Edit: they write below complatining about production & logistics. But on email to me they are lying about it beeing already sent, and stuck in customs. No tracking number provided ofc... This store is A SCAM

I ordered over $120.00 in merchandise and that was on Feb. ,11, After sending a few emails, still no order. I will be contacting my credit card company and request a cancellation. Never have I received such poor service from an online company.

"The products are absolutely beautiful"

The products are absolutely beautiful, I am so thankful for them being made and for having the priviledge of owning them.
With the Medieveal collection of books Russian academic, I thought it would actually be a small book, so I was a little disappointed with that since the cover is just card.
Also it did take a long time to arrive and probably will for most people, not because the company is dodgy, but I think it's still finding its feet.
When I had a querie they got back to me.
I found that on the Shop tracking app, it didn't show up until a very long time after I made the purchase so be wary of that, but it will show up however may take weeks to a month to actually get to your house, at least if you're in the UK.
I hope that more people will give this company the benefit of the doubt and patiently wait because the paper and the actual books are so unique and incredible. Hopefully the actual delivery process improves over time.

"Customer Service Responds to Reviews Left on Trustpilot"

Update for 13 February 2024:
Received the order today (no advance notice that it was inbound). It was well packed and only one item came in less than perfect condition. However, 2 of the items are not what I ordered, so it seems that either I was given the wrong items or 2 items may have been out of stock and substituted, which would be fine, if had I been notified to expect this. This has not been a good experience and I cannot at this time recommend shopping on this site. I will reach out to customer service about the 2 incorrect items and update with their answer at that time. The items that I received and were correct are nice items, but again, most if not all may be found on other sites, including temu and shein.

Update for 03 February 2024:
After posting my original review, I was immediately contacted by customer service. (Their reply is also below.) I responded in kind and this morning received a shipping notification for the order that I was told had shipped (it had not, prior to now.) Once I receive the order, I will update this review again based upon items received and their condition.

Had to contact the AI support because an order placed on January 13, 2024 is still marked "Unfulfilled". As others reviewers were told, I too was told that the delay is due to customs. How is that possible on an unfulfilled order? Just be honest and say you're backed up, that I'd understand, but a blatant lie is a bad look for any person or company. If the AI has been taught to lie, then customer service is nonexistent. The AI itself works reasonably well, but the humans behind it should instruct it better. There was not even an automated follow-up email to the interaction.

I've recently purchased a lot of journal supplies from various companies all over the world and this one is by far the least communicative, so I cannot recommend and I will avoid them in the future. If the order does not truly ship within the next few days, I will submit a chargeback with my credit card company for a refund.

Next time, Stamprints, be honest. And to those considering shopping with them, there are several comparable shops without these issues. Search on youtube for a great variety. Stamprints pricing is reasonable, but there are other shops with similar or even the exact same items at similar or even better prices, especially if you are eager to actually receive what you order.

I will update this review if there is a reason to do so.
