I have had expensive hearing aids in the past but couldn't get on with them, or their extraordinary cost.
I saw an ad for The Hearing Co. and thought it might be worth a try.
Well, the response and delivery was first class.
The goods themselves are great value in a small charging case. No battery fiddling.
They work perfectly and I had a couple of questions which were answered same day.

Really helpful customer service,nothing is too much trouble for them.Not being able to afford the price of most hearing aids and being told there was a 2 year wait for an NHS APPOINTMENT I decided to try theseas they offer a mini size aid & I have very narrow ear canals.It was a two week wait for them to arrive but they were worth the wait.A good selection of different size domes & an easy to understand booklet shows how to fit the domes & get the correct fitting to avoid whistling.The aids work really well & charge overnight so much easier than having to change batteries. Would definitely recommend.

"Great communication and followup"

This company will bend over backwards to assist their customers. I bought a set of hearing aids and unfortunately after the first week of good experience they gave up the ghost and wouldn't take a charge. I was really enjoying hearing clearly again and then nothing. So I told them and they straight away put things to right and offered me complete replacement of their product. The replacements came within a week and the problem has been resolved. Now I can hear a pin drop, hear the radio/television clearly and all my instructions from my wife. It's also nice to walk outside and hear the birds. Brilliant response from The Hearing Co. These hearing aids are just technologically brilliant. I'm so glad I found them.

I have found that the hearings that I purchased were not very expensive and work just as well as some which cost me £1800.

Thanks to the Hearing.co I can now hear my Grandchildren telling me their news. I didn't know how deaf I was until I used the hearing aids. They even sent me a set of new buds free of charge when I asked if I could buy some to take on my month long holiday, just in case of loss or damage.

I find that these hearing aids are great product and very easy to use,they stay in the ear better than my over the ear ones. Also easy to recharge in the sleek holder that holds and used to charge them up. Very worth giving them a try, I am very glad I did,well worth it.
