Just visited and ordered a new mattress for home, I need to say the customer service was excellent by Craig and Sally. Great friendly atmosphere very knowledgeable on all the different types of mattress to suit me and the wife. People buy from people, what a great asset they are to carters bed city. Customer service as it’s best. 👍

Visited Kidderminster store for new mattresses I must say Sally was excellent she could not have been more helpfull even going to the trouble of moving several mattresses onto a solid base so we could see how it would feel on ours at home lovely lady not pushy made us feel very welcome and in control if we wanted to purchase which we went back next day to do lively store plenty to choose from highly recommended

What an outstanding shopping experience. Both my wife and I was searching for a G-Plan sofa and came across Carters by luck, seeing their sign from the ring road.

There's no hard pressure selling, you're not followed around the store, and the staff are on hand if you have any questions or need assistance.

We met Malcolm on our first visit, and a week later both Malcolm and Jess. Both knowledgeable of the product range and a pleasure to speak to, treated as a valued customer.

We're now waiting for our delivery date.

No matter what your budget is, they have a huge range of products. I would highly recommend and wouldn't even consider going anywhere else now for furniture!
