Fantastic range of furniture in the store with knowledgeable staff able to advise customers. Delivery drivers were excellent and definitely went the extra mile with a difficult delivery trying to remove large sofas through narrow doorways. Can't fault Carters for their customer service.

Fabulous customer service. Long story short, we bought a stressless sofa from Carters 2.5 years ago. It developed a problem, and without hesitation the team at Carters organised a replacement of our choice at no additional cost. Having been advised 8-10 weeks delivery, the new furniture has arrived today after just 4 weeks. It looks fabulous. Thank you to Susan in Customer Services, and Malcolm and the delivery guys for making this happen. Highly recommended.

My wife and I visited Carter's Bed City on 14th February along with our 3 year old daughter.

We were all welcomed by Craig, and after a brief discussion about what we were looking for, he began to take us around the store to have a look at what was available.

It became clear very quickly, that Craig's technical knowledge is very comprehensive. His explanations of each bed we looked at were delivered in a confident and concise manner. This is important, as a new bed is not only a big purchase, but it's also important to get something that offers all the aspects of correct bed posture, and ultimately, that all important, 'good nights sleep'.

There is quite a wide choice of beds available in this store, but with the help of Craig, we were able to narrow our choice down and were happy to place an order for a new bed during our visit.

Whilst at the front counter, we briefly spoke to Sally who is just lovely.

All in all, our visit to Carter's Bed City was extremely positive. We left feeling very confident in the choice we made and can't wait for our new bed to arrive.

This is a hidden gem of Kidderminster with a fantastic array of furniture. So much choice!! Mal & Jess were very helpful and put no pressure on me to purchase. I had been looking for a new suite for some time, went into Carters and I was pleasantly surprised, so much to choose from. Malcolm and Jess were very helpful even though it took me 4 times going back! Can’t wait to receive the suite.
