We went to carters with my elderly mum who wanted to buy a Stressless arm chair. We learnt all about each model and my mum felt no pressure to buy. She did find the perfect chair, it took over an hour & the experience was great. Malcom & Jess were attentive but not pushy. There's also a massive range to look at.
