The first time I ws nervous about it, and Erik from customer service alleviated any percieved problems with my order.He was very curtious, and answered my questions quickly. My package came in 2 weeks, if I remember correctly, without any issues! My second time was recently and I was blown away! My package arrived within 4-5 days, with no issues! I placed my order on 04/02/25 and received a confirmation shortly after. A FedEx shipping label was created, but since then, no progress has been made—the package was never handed over to FedEx.
I've reached out via email three separate times asking for a status update and have received zero response. It's incredibly frustrating to be ignored like this, especially after they took my money without delivering the product or even basic communication.
At this point, it feels like I'm being scammed. I strongly urge the company to respond and make this right immediately.

(23 Apr 25) Finally my orders came, thanks to Erik for expediting my late shipment. Minus one star for the frustration caused due to not responding my emails.

I have requested information regarding my shipment before I left this review and have not received any information…except that my order was confirmed 4/01/25. I have asked for information on it shipping as I will need to sign and want to be able to track it. I have heard nothing since my first email in the 3rd.
