I am very frustrated & disappointed with the customer service I have received from, mydrinx.com, over the last week. I made my purchase on 1/13/25. I purchased 12 bottles of rum & it arrived on 2/17/25. They were shipped in 3 boxes, however, only 2 of them were marked fragile. When they arrived, 2 of the bottles in the box (not marked fragile) were shattered. The box was saturated in rum & reeked. I sent notification & requested help, 3 times over several days, in 3 different ways.
After reviewing the reviews, I feel this may be a common occurrence.
It has been a week since receipt, & I would not recommend this company.

Since my review my issue was resolved.
I believe that one of the problems was that the company uses WhatsApp & I only use it when I am abroad. Therefore, anything that they tried to do to correspond with me, was not reaching me. They did not realize that they needed to use the email &/or phone number that I had given them, through their customer service line.
I know have 2 replaced bottles & I had a great conversation with, Erik. He was able to get the answers he needed to avoid the issues that caused the broken bottles & I was taken care of.
I would recommend this company. Just be aware how they correspond may not be the way you may look for the follow up information.

I have made three separate purchases from MyDrinx.shop (1) on October 4, 2024 (2) on November 2, 2024 and (3) on November 22, 2024.The orders were processed and shipped within 3-4 weeks. The items were wrapped securely and labeled properly and delivered by Federal Express and arrived intact. This is a Marvelous Seller and they have one of a kind outstanding quality products!

"BUYER BEWARE: SCAMMERS!!"

BUYER BEWARE: These guys are complete crooks. Can't believe I didn't find reviews first. Learn from my mistake and do NOT place an order.

In short, they're scammers. They initiate a shipment, then fedex emails you seeking a 'prior notice' form. That form is endlessly complicated requiring intense knowledge of international shipping logistics (do you know your port's code number, the importer's registration number, the FDA product code, or the local 'holding facility'???). When you ask for help, customer service pins it back on you and if you're unable to meet local requirements, they'll consider the shipment abandoned and keep the payment.

Thankfully, while trying to resolve the shipment challenge, I initiated a chargeback on my credit card and immediately got refunded.
