"Absolutely terrible delivery time"

Absolutely terrible delivery time. Ordered December 15 with a 7 DAY WINDOW (this was for a Christmas present) did not receive this till mid January. I have NEVER ordered something from a company that didn’t reimburse for their own delay time. Do not order if you want something on time..and certainly do not pay extra (I paid approximately 50 bucks) Will not happen

The ordering process was simple, the website is user-friendly and the packaging was excellent-everything was carefully and securely packed. This is now my go-to store for buying whiskey. Just got my shipment of whiskey. Everything arrived unbroken and packed well. I would recommend that all users check their spam mail because I was sent emails regarding my order that did not go to my regular inbox. Fantastic pricing, just don't expect delivery within a day or two. Customer service was quick to respond to my inquiry regarding my order. Will definitely order in the future. - Mark

DO NOT buy from this shop. I order a fifth of rum and they sent me an airplane bottle size and charged me $73. Frauds! If you think it’s okay charging $73 for an .05ml bottle you are delusional. You never sent me an email either. Buyer beware!

A+ service, product selection, price, fast shipping. I have read some bad reviews about Mydrinx.shop. But, I have nothing but great things to say. My experience was excellent. Highly recommend. Especially for those hard to find items.

"Customer Beware!"

We ordered product at end of November. Proshipped by UPS. Product lost in shipping. Even though we paid extra shipping. UPS said Since Mydrinx is shipper they have to file a claim. Have tried multiple times to get a response from them and get reimbursed for the product we never received. Very disappointed in their customer service!
In response to your reply Mydrinx. Thank you for the refund but your information is incorrect! The package is lost, we did in fact pay the $ 206.68 duty. UPS has started an investigation. I would be happy to send you proof that we paid the duty.

I had ordered 4 bottles from this company, the delivery needed signature and I was working, I called to see if I could go to FedEx store to pick up, was told no and shipment was returned, I paid again for shipping with my neighbors address as they are home all day and never received my order, after months and severe emails still no product or refund. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Our order was shipped very quickly, took a bit of time once it arrived in the US, but that is the process. They package our product very well. We are very very pleased!!!!!
