Ordered a Japanese whiskey (Nikka) and Armenian cognac (Ararat 5*) to SoCal. Got everything promptly and intact. Highly recommend the service and looking forward to exploring their extensive selection.

"Counterfeit Products - BUYER BEWARE"

I recently purchased $2,349.05 worth of high-end whisky bottles and rums to add to my collection at home. It was convenient to make the purchase from a single vendor, especially with the discount they offered. Communication with the vendor, who told me was the owner was good throughout the process.

However, upon receiving the products and comparing them to original bottles I have from stores and duty-free shops, I immediately noticed discrepancies. I opened a dispute with PayPal, as I used them for the transaction and they also handled my payment. I provided photos showing missing letters on the bottles, comparisons with original boxes, and clear evidence that the items were counterfeit. I decided to close communication with the vendor at that point, as I believed I was dealing with a scam and felt that PayPal disputes were the only necessary channel for resolution.

When MyDrinx responded, they requested that I return the products at my own expense, including paying for shipping with a signature requirement. The return address they provided was in a different country (address has been requested to be removed for confidentiality purposes). Upon Googling the address, I discovered it led to an empty lot.

Since then, I’ve been in a dispute with them. Unfortunately, PayPal couldn't offer any protection because they require the return of the items for any resolution. Naturally, I’m unwilling to pay for the return of counterfeit products, as this could lead to further complications for me. As with many internet vendors involved in such transactions, they have enough knowledge and documentation to respond to disputes, which is exactly what happened. In the end, they won the case after submitting an edited PDF claiming the bottles were shipped from a distributor (which, by the way, doesn’t exist online) and a Word document stating they were a “reputable vendor” and that my claims were inaccurate.

Ultimately, I’ve decided to let it go, even though I’m still stuck with counterfeit bottles that I paid for. I wanted to share my experience as a cautionary tale: no vendor you can find online — including this one — will always offer the best prices or the full selection of bottles you're looking for. My advice is to find a reputable store and pay the proper price for authentic products, rather than trying to get a discount and risking purchasing counterfeits.

I contacted the company via email and they responded within 24hrs with an apology and a refund. We have been very pleased and plan to order again in thr future.

I have ordered from MyDrinx on three separate occasions and have received all orders without issue! For me, the deliveries usually took 3 or 4 weeks to arrive after being ordered. Expect a week or two longer if you order around the holiday season in December.

The deliveries have always been worth the wait because MyDrinx offers an exotic selection of refreshments that are not widely available in the United States. My favorites are Minttu peppermint liqueur and Vana Tallinn rum, both of which are impossible to find here in the U.S.

MyDrinx has a solid customer service team as well, and they have always been eager to respond to my emails asking when certain items will be back in stock as well as the status of my orders.

I can personally vouch for MyDrinx as a service and definitely plan to place more orders through them in the future!
