The product was very difficult to get open at first I had to use a knife and scissors especially for the top part which was the extra special present the company put inside.

The customer service has been excellent! And that’s the reason for the four star rating.

However, I ordered my product on July 25, 2024. The merchandise sat in Carlsbad, California since August 5. And as of today, August 22 I have not yet received my order. This is frustrating since I thought I had plenty of time to order this as a gift for an August 15 event. I am told it will be delivered tomorrow and I’m grateful for that! I believe this would not have happened without customer services intervention when I initially reached out asking for an update!
