"Terrible customer service, do not use"

This company has a terrible customer service department and I would recommend that you do not use them, very unhelpful. Amazing how many reviews state the same, wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered, amazing they are still in business

I would avoid using this company if you can. Really poor customer service. Reading this as we have your money and no longer need you!

Item never arrived so I asked for the tracking number instead they issued a refund and told me the item was now out of stock but still would not give me tracking number so I could chase the parcel myself as they said it was not showing their end which makes me believe it was never sent as all Evri parcels have a tracking number.

Wrong goods supplied, phone line permanently engaged and no response to emails.

"Poor customer service"

I must say I'm shocked about ZERO customer service. We purchased dog travel carrier. Unfortunately this breed can't fly and I sended 3 times emails, messages to customer service, rang number on FB, text by messenger and nothing. Please avoid this online store!! Easy to take money.... last email I send on 7th March.

Trying to get information on my delivery , 10 days after payment taken . Just rang number below goes to a driving school

"Totally incompetent and untrustworthy"

Totally incompetent and untrustworthy. No telephone number so have to communicate by email. Ordered and indicated time of the essence. Next day delivery confirmed. A whole day later told product not available and although I was offered a different one before I could discuss this, order was cancelled without a warning! Wasted a precious day and ended in a lot of trouble. Wouldn't use again.

"Excellent customer service made up for the inconvenience"

I wish I had read the review before purchasing. My petmate wheel kit arrived in a half destroyed box with pieces missing. Now it's too late to return/exchange because we're travelling in a few days. - UPDATE - Doggie Solutions 100% redeemed themselves!!!! Rebecca was wonderful. I sent them pictures and they offered me an exchange/refund without a problem. In this new era of online shopping, excellent customer service is so important.
