"Costco Customer Service very good. TUTTIBAMBINI not so good"

We purchased a montessori play sofa through costco supplied by TUTTIBAMBINI. Within 3 weeks a faulty zip gave way. Costco sent a replacement cover within a few days which is amazing. TUTTIBAMBINI however have been less helpful, I enquired about a set of replacement covers
1. In case another zip is faulty or breaks
2. Because it makes sense to have a spare set of covers for when the covers need washing.
The customer service said they would see if there was a spare set of covers, I am still waiting for them to reply to my last email and my follow up phone call. We purchase montessori products for our grandchildren, family and friends children and this is the first negative thing that has happened.

Bought a wardrobe through Wayfair, at which point I found one part (the hanging rail) was the wrong size. Wayfair were no help but I contacted Tutti Bambini directly and received great customer service from Nickie, who sent a properly-fitting replacement part very quickly.

Disgusted in the service and stock delays which is a shame as the crib is amazing! I ordered a baby mobile on the 29th dec 2024, we are now March 2025 and still no delivery and no refund.
I have been emailing the customer services since January only to be advised their are stock delays. I have requested a refund on multiple occasions and been ignored.
3 months wait for a mobile is ridiculous and false advertisement if there is no stock you should not be able to purchase the item until they are replenished.

Fabulous website with lots of choice. Really good sale prices directed us here! Placed our order and it was delivered the following day, that is excellent service! Really good quality cot bed (Rio), easy to build too. Would definitely recommend Tutti Bambini!
